NAYNET (Nairobi Area Youth Workers Network) is a Network of Youth Pastors (Churches) and Youth Workers (Youth-Serving Organizations) serving within the Nairobi Area.

NAYNET is an opportunity to gain access to a set of advantages that by yourself, with your own resources, would not be able to acquire – it is all about exchange, association, mutuality and working together to achieve things impossible to the individual.

NAYNET is all about interdependence and not independence. NAYNET is not a Merger; it is a NETWORK where Partners retain their distinctiveness and their independence while they work together in the overlap of mutual interests and goals.

Our Purpose

1. FELLOWSHIP    (Who we Are)

• Building Meaningful Relationships
• Developing a co-laborer mentality and relationship; Youth worker to Youth worker that can facilitate Accountability, Encouragement, Friendship, Mentoring & Development, Support and Restoration.

2. NETWORKING     (What we Do)

• Building a Body – the Kingdom if God
• Developing a Kingdom Mentality to do Kingdom Business: Youth Ministry to Youth Ministry that allows us to share pulpits, resources, ministry opportunities, training & development opportunities and organize large events together.

Our Strategy:
Build strong and vibrant Zonal Networks that belong to the NAYNET Citywide Network.
Zonal Networks Help the Citywide Network to:

• Focus for impact by saturating a smaller zone with ministry and connecting fewer Youth Workers for deeper bonding and ministry.
• Narrowing the scope to notice the details hence more needs get identified and covered and hence less is overlooked.
